IDP Conditions of Sale
| Orders: | Orders may be placed via Post or Fax. Established customers may qualify by negotiation for options such as 'phone or E-mail ordering and direct debit payments. |
| Payment: | Customers within Australia may pay using Mastercard; Visa; Cheque or PayPal. For customers outside Australia we only accept PayPal. |
| Postage and Packing: | Within Australia the charge is listed on the item price list, and where possible is per order. Orders will generally be despatched via Express Post or Courier. Export orders will be individually quoted based on size and or weight, despatch method, insurance and destination etc. |
| Prices: | Every effort will be made to maintain price stability. We will endeavour to ensure that the prices shown on this site are accurate. However, we reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. Domestic pricing applies only to sales within Australia and 10% GST is included. Export pricing applies to the rest of the world and excludes all Australian taxes. Prospective customers should be aware that their own government may charge taxes and duties upon importation. |
| Delivery: | Items shown on this site are held in stock, unless noted otherwise. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment approval. Should we experience any problems processing or filling your order we will contact you for further instructions. |
| Guarantee: | In the unlikely event that we supply, a product that is not as described, is defective, or not what was ordered, please contact us. We will be pleased to rectify the situation. |
| Returns: | Tools that are incorrectly ordered by you our customer, may be exchanged by agreement, provided the tools are unused and in their original packaging. In this instance IDP will not be liable for any freight costs and may impose a restocking fee. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. |
